FOOD: Fruit and berry salad with coconut chips and grated chocolate

This is an easily made, healthy salad to replace the more guilt-inducing puddings.

Place small pineapple chunks, strawberry slices, blueberries, blackberry slices and pomegranate seeds on a plate. Drizzle with coconut chips and grate a small square of dark chocolate on top. (If you want dressing you can add a drop of vanilla essence to a small cup of yogurt).
